My SVG HUT - Tea Pot set

Hi everyone,

Here is my latest 'make' its a Tea Pot set made by My SVG HUT Digital file.

I have used plain white American card stock for this and BoBunny Bliss stickable stencil in a doily pattern on the card with Versa Color Indigo ink after it was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo machine. I also cut it again in the blue (sorry don't have a colour name for this) for the inside of the teapot, cup, milk jug & sugar bowl.

It was fun to get really sticky with glue (Aleene's acid free Tacky Glue) to make this up which was surprisingly easy once you realise which piece went where and it helped that I had taken a photo of the original from My SVG HUT on etsy.com

I finished it last night but felt that it needed a tray for it all to sit on, so I enlarged the hexagonal base of the cup so that it was almost a 12' square, cut it out, marked the edge in 2" on every point, cut with scissors, used a large ball embossing stylus around the base of the cut marks (like I was making a flower) then glued one edge to the other all the way around for the dish shape. I felt it needed handles so I cut 4 Kaisercraft decorative Flourish die's and voila handles for my tray.
I have to say it was a challenge to make this, I was totally pleased with how it turned out!

I hope you are all having a good week, stay safe and happy crafting..
