Stempelglede Guest DT

Hi,

It's been a while since I've blogged anything, as I've been helping my daughter in her Accounting business as Tax season here in Australia is July- Sept and she gets really busy!

Now I'm back to crafting again yay!
There is a fantastic chance to be a Guest DT on Stempelglede and I would like to enter with my version of a Steampunk card..

I have used a Dutch Doobadoo Shape Art Book template for the card shape.
Kraft card stock, white Kaisercraft card, Distress Inks and Kaisercraft Barber Shoppe design paper.
I hand drew the image of the inkwell from an old fashioned one I bought a long time ago it's coloured with distress inks.
I've a wax seal on the design because I wanted an old fashioned look to the paper!

I hope you like my little effort and hope to see you more often,
Until next time happy crafting, stay safe..

"Anything Goes" Theme over at LHOSM

Hi there,

I've been MIA for a short while, hubby health problems, but I'm back now!

I would like to share my latest card with you for the June challenge over at

my favourite at the moment Frenchy Tilda...

I coloured her with Distress Inks, and sat her on some french bread sticks which I drew free hand, added a basket stamp for the bread to sit on, I loved playing with this Tilda then came the sticky question what colour to use for a background!!!

The idea of coffee came from the lovely PION 'A day in May' DP, Kraft cardstock,
Magnolia Teacup stamp which I've cut out and the tag is from Maja Coffee in the Arbor, Flowers Kaisercraft, butterflies, lace, ribbon from my craft box.
Go Create & Spellbinders dies.

I hope you like my take on Frenchy Tilda I think she is just fabulous!

Until next time,
take care..

The theme is Summer for Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia blog May challenge.

I have chosen the lovely new Speedy Tilda stamp from the Magnolia Little Italian collection.

I absolutely love this stamp, I've coloured her with Distress Inks and used magnolia Barbed wire background stamp, giving the impression Tilda is riding in the country with her hair blowing free!

I've stepped out of my normal colour zone with this one and I am so glad that I did as I love the way the colours have all come together to give a bright, zingy card.

Shabby Chic Easel Card

Hi everyone,

The challenge at Simply Magnolia is Shabby Chic,

I have used Olive Tilda from the Little Italian collection.

Tilda is coloured with Distress Inks and again a different colour combination from me -
(ps I don't like green lol)
but for this one I relented as Olive's are green/purple so it really goes well with the purple flowers.
I was trying to give this card an Olive Grove feel about it, think I might have succeeded especially with the little basket with tumbling olives as Tilda is picking them!

Lots of lace, Frantage, Muslin to give a Shabby Chis feel.

Spellbinders Circle die
Magnolia Tag dies
Maja & Lemon Craft design papers
Flowers a mix from Craft Heaven & Kaisercraft
Stampendous Frantage
and lots of Stickles Glitter glue.

Until next time, happy crafting..

Hi everyone,

Here is a card for my granddaughter Hannah who will be 7yrs in April.

This magnolia stamp is the 1st one I ever bought
"Butterfly Tilda" from Butterfly Wishes collection.

With Green wings for a change and a dash of Pink
