Spring is Here

Hi everyone,

Here is my latest card for Di's Digi Stamps  "Spring is Here"

The digital image is "Happiness is a Beary Daisy"

I thought Beary might like to be walking in the park and through the gates, just a silly notion I had!

Steam Train

Hi everyone,

I am very proud of this little project I've made with a file from

This was a labour of love for me as Steam Trains are a sentimental memory for me!

(I have to add that I did change the look of the train from the original file, so this is my version, the coal tender is not in the file - to my knowledge)

I had so much fun researching for the engine that it took me a little over a week to complete the whole thing, not to mention that I ran out of Green card stock and had to wait to get more the right colour!

I made this for a friend of ours who is a Steam Train enthusiast, so I tried to get things right.

Core-dinations Forest Green and Red card stock, black pearls for rivets on the engine and silver peel off's for the details and not a dot of glitter anywhere, wasn't I brave ha, ha!

I hope you like it as much as I have loved making it -
its a little link to my past and my lovely Dad..

Lots of Green

Hi again,

Here is a little card I've made for Di's Digi Stamps

"Bake a Cake Mice" they are so cute.

This card was challenge for me as I don't like Green but I think the white daisies have lifted it nicely!
I added a little pattern to the table cloth by masking the mice and the droplet of mixture, I think it worked out quite well.

Two Cards today

Hi all,

I wanted to show you my latest cards, they are modelled on the cards that the lovely
Teresa Allday makes http://craftingalldayscards.blogspot.com not that mine are a patch on Teresa's but I try!

The anniversary card is for my daughter, happy anniversary Karen & Richard!

And the Pink one is for a friend who is unfortunately in a Melbourne hospital after having surgery, I thought it might help to cheer her up,

(According to her hubby she was thrilled with it!)

Perhaps it was because I was making the two cards together, cutting, stitching, glueing, picking flowers that it took me about 4 hours, which I thought wasn't bad considering that I had not made cards like this before LOL.

DPs PION Paris Fles Market, My Precious Daughter, Flowers Paper2, Vivaldi Pearl Spray, Spotlight Guipure Lace, Pink cotton lace (I bought in Italy last year) Pearl Strings, Spellbinders "In-spire" Umbrella Trio and lots of Stardust Stickles.
