Anything is Possible - Wedding or Special Occassion card

Hi and welcome to my blog.

For this card I used Vellum, Stampin Blends and 99% rubbing alcohol, you scribble the alcohol blends on the vellum and then drop on the alcohol solution, this makes the colours blend together to give a lovely effect for this card I used Granny apple green, Highland Heather and Perfect Pink.

Once dry I attached the vellum to basic white card stock, assembled the card onto Highland Heather card and then onto a slimline card 8"x 4" before attaching the sentiment I used Multi glue to  trace some of the swirly shapes of colour and then sprinkled the Gilded Leafing over this when the glue was sticky, then rubbed off the gilding to show the gold veins. 

The sentiment is from Hand-Penned Petals stamp set, I white heat embossed the flower from this set too, with some of the left over coloured vellum I punched out the label with the Elegant tag punch.  

I really love this technique and this card would be suitable for a Wedding or a Special Anniversary.
