Celebrating your Day - Artistically Inked

Hi and welcome to my blog,

For this Diorama card I used the Artistically Inked stamp set, Artistic Dies, I stamped the large flower all over an A4 piece of basic white card stock in Polished pink, Fresh Fressia, Pool party ink, stamping off to give a lighter image, the centres of the flowers were Daffodil Delight.

I then used the largest of the Diorama dies to cut out the centre and adhered this to the back of the card, which measures 8 x 6 scored at 1/2" and 3/4" on either end, folded and burnished, glued together on the 1/2" end to make the card stand.

The flowers I die cut and adhered to the front after burnishing them to give some definition. The sentiment is from Gorgeous Posies and the leaves I used the leaf punch which is retired.

I die cut 8 more of these cards to take to my up-line Jenny's Team meeting for the ladies to make as a project, I have to say they were very pleased.

The Diorama Card below I made for my daughters birthday in May, I used blender pens, 100% Isopropyl (Bunnings) on vellum to get the lovely marble effect. I used Hand Penned Petals and Penned Flowers dies, and Butterfly Gala for the butterflies, absolutely love this die set.

it looks stunning with a coloured battery tea light inside it but unfortunately the little video won't work for the blog!

thanks for joining me today and I hope you like my little project/s.
